Use of Recallly
Recallly turns text you provide into study flashcards using AI. By using the app, you agree to use it for personal study and lawful purposes only. You are responsible for the content you enter and for how you use the generated cards.
Content ownership & copyright
Only paste content you own or have permission to use. Do not submit copyrighted books, articles, exam questions, private material, or content you do not have the right to reuse. You keep ownership of what you paste. You grant Recallly a temporary right to process it only to generate your deck.
AI accuracy disclaimer
Flashcards are generated by AI and may contain mistakes, omissions, or outdated information. Always verify facts before relying on them for exams, medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions. Recallly is a study aid, not a source of truth.
Your data
Saved decks may be stored locally in your browser or, if you use an account or Pro features, stored through Recallly's app services so account features work correctly. Clearing local browser data may remove local decks. Text you submit may be sent to a third-party AI provider to generate cards. Recallly does not intentionally retain submitted text beyond what is needed to generate and operate your study deck.
Age requirement
Recallly is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 18, use the app with permission from a parent or guardian.
Subscriptions and billing
Recallly Pro is a paid subscription. If a free trial is offered, you may be charged automatically after the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires. Subscription billing, cancellation, and payment processing are handled through Stripe. Prices and features may change over time. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Limitation of liability
Recallly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, incorrect information, billing issue, academic outcome, or other result arising from the use of the app or the content it generates.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Recallly means you accept the latest version.
