Free trial
Recallly Pro is a subscription product with a 3-day free trial when offered. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Subscription refunds
Because Recallly is a digital service, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. However, refund requests may be reviewed case by case, especially for accidental charges, duplicate payments, billing errors, or technical issues that prevent access to Pro features.
Cancellations
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges. You will keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
